Hey friends! Today I’m sharing my low-carb keto “fried” chicken recipe for all y’all that have been asking for low-carb! The secret to this spicy fried chicken is the “breading.” I used spicy pork skins, which is a perfect way to cut the carb count in your fried chicken!

0:16 - Add spicy pork skins to a food processor.
0:25 - Grind until nice and fine.
0:30 - Add Miss Dash Seasoning.
0:35 - Add garlic powder.
0:38 - Add onion powder.
0:45 - Pulse until well combined.
0:50 - Add the breading to a gallon-sized freezer bag.
0:58 - Place chicken into a container.
0:59 - Drizzle hot sauce over the chicken.
1:05 - Beat two eggs in a separate bowl.
1:11 - Pour the eggs over the chicken.
1:18 - Toss the chicken until nicely coated.
1:29 - Add the chicken to the freezer bag.
1:43 - Shake the chicken until well coated.
2:10 - Cover a cookie with foil and place a rack on top.
2:11 - Spray the rack with nonstick cooking spray.
2:18 - Place the chicken wings on top of the rack.
2:28 - Spray the chicken with cooking spray.
2:58 - Bake the chicken until cooked through and crispy.
