Pro Tip from a similar video: Scroll down until you only see the horizontal marker, nothing else. That way, your brain won't try to compensate the latency.
Thanks for the nice test. With others, you never know if it's supposed to be at the start or the end of the horizontal marker. Here, it's 100% clear.
PS: Bose QC35 on good quality BT card = ~180ms, which is similar to professional reviews.

ACTUAL PRO TIP : right click on the Volume bar in windows and go to Sounds > Playback >Select the bluetooth speakers and click Properties, then go to Enhancements and Disable all enhancements. This should reduce the audio lag by half! now it's usable even while gaming, and it also works on cheap earbuds such as mine. this dropped my latency to 180ms which is actually usable and feels nice to not have that large cable on me and have my hair fall from the weight of the headphones, which is a real issue.
