Audio Video SYNC Test for the 25Fps video projects

Hello friends,
I am doing film sound mixing projects in deferent sound studios & setups. While working in deferent studio & setup, some of have VGA inputs for projector, some of have HDMI Input for projector and some of working simply on secondary monitor for video output using onboard or external video card, converters/splitter. Sometime which creates video frame latency. After shifting ProTools session one studios to another studios, i found, there was some issues going with the audio video sync. Specially on dialogues & short Sound effects. It was terrible experience to start next phase of work with this complete out-synced video ProTools session. Which i already gone with the sound matching phase for the same session.
To get out of this rid, i made this video to check AV sync in the manner of what we are watching on the screen and hearing at the same-time.
To check the sync, I import TEST VIDEO as per project Fps in a new empty ProTools session. Then set the video offset as per need of ProTools system after that i starts my running protools sessions next phase of work.

I think this videos will be helpful to any needy people who suffers from this problem. Hence i am sharing this on this platform. It's recommended to you download original files from google drive as any FPS manipulation on youtube is not guaranteed.
