It stars Emma Roberts, Joanna "JoJo" Levesque, and Sara Paxton. The film was released in the United States on March 3, 2006, by 20th Century Fox.

Plot: A mermaid gets stranded at a beach resort but falls in love with a handsome lifeguard. She befriends two local girls and enlists their help to win his heart in exchange for a wish.
