How did you learn the art of meditation . When people say you need to focus the mind and not let your mind get distracted, that's easier said than done ! Because I have every thought running through my mind when I try to meditate, and if on occasion I do become relaxed, well then I end up falling asleep.!
In this day and age when you are running around all day, to try and relax and meditate is becoming impossible, I might be more successful if I had relaxed, , chilled out days where I am not stressed ! I don't know what you experience when you meditate , but a relative told me they experienced a bliss.
I wish I could experience this too!
