I worked at a medical spa for a while and got samples of fancy lotion. Once that ran out I saw “safflower oil” was the first ingredient. Now I literally just use safflower oil from the grocery store on my face/body after showering and it’s been great for my skin.

Where's Bernadette Banner to talk about edwardian and Victorian corsets? 🤣

I will defend corsets. They give great bust support and correct your posture. I stopped getting back pain from my office job when I started wearing them. Waist trainers are silly though (unless you’re trans and give you gender euphoria)

Yes!!! I don’t think people always know or realize how great drugstore skincare can be!!! Most anti-aging ingredients are actually quite affordable!! You don’t need to spend a lot of money on skincare but you do need to use it (especially SPF) consistently.

We didn’t fight to escape Victorian corsetry. The anti-corset movement was largely driven by men. Corsets for most women were akin to bras and gave support for the bust. Only wealthy young fashionable women tight laced. Most women actually had to work and did everything we do today in their corsets. This is not a secret, there’s plenty of information about that and plenty of YouTubers even bigger than you have made videos on the subject

Parents with babies: The cosmetic fridge will fit 2 large baby bottles or 2 sippy cups. So you don't have to run to the kitchen multiple times a night.

I do like mini refrigerators for skin care. I just enjoy the cold feeling of the product when you put it in the skin. And they would fit on my regular size refrigerator. But I don’t wanna go down a flight of stairs every night while I’m doing my night routine. I agree it’s not a necessity. But it’s just a little something extra. That feels nice plus the one that I got it was 25 bucks. So I think it’s a good investment.

*Just want to say that victorian corsetry was way better for the body that modern shapewear, most of it was done to create a figure on top of yours, not to squeeze your figure into the trendy shape

If anyone looked like how you do in this video Chelsea, they should not buy or do a single extra thing because whatever you are doing is working just perfectly. Skin is glowing, hair on point, and wearing a top that brings out your eyes, all while laying down the truth.

I actually stopped spending so much on (non luxury) skincare when i started watching Cassandra Bankson. She is really good at teaching what to look for with ingredients. She also regularly has videos with cheaper, but fantastic products. I stopped having to try and play "will this fix my adult acne?". I learned what ingredients to look for, found reasonable products that work that i can buy at stores or cheaply online, and learned better ways to use them that work. I will forever appreciate her for that.

Victorian corsetry wasn't that uncomfortable, really.

Okay but I loved my 10 step skincare routine. That being said the closest thing to designer I had was Sunday Riley and drunk elephant. Most of it was really inexpensive from yes style. Except my retinol. I got that at walgreens. For me it was the ritual of doing it. It was my first real, consistent form of self care I practiced after becoming a parent. My dermatologist did help me. I have since stopped with the excess and kindof just use whatever. Except the one thing my skin isn't okay without is an AHA (I LOVE the Tarte Knockout Tingling Treatment toner. However I'm open to good drugstore options that aren't heavy on fragrance)

Top 10 things you don’t need to buy for rich people but make it a ticket to ride a broken ass “submarine” (or spaceship for that matter. You know is only a matter of time). Roast them Queen!

I’m gonna admit that I have a mini fridge for my hair products 😂 but it’s only because I don’t like keeping my hair stuff in the same area that I keep my food. 🤷🏾‍♀️
