Cylinder 1 Misfire P0301 What to Look For and Troubleshoot what it Sounds Like in an Engine

I am stomped at the moment…I’ve been dealing with a flashing check engine light “stability track as well” after getting a reading it said 0301. I changed cylinder coil, all brand new spark plugs plus wires and I also replaced the injector. Still getting a 0301 code vehicle is also shaking yet I don’t know what else to check lol great video though

I get a misfire in One and Two. Runs bad on start up but clears after a few seconds. Thinking maybe injectors ?

I got a 2014 Chevy Silverado and I switched all the spark plugs and it’s still saying cylinder 1 misfire

I got a 2010 GMC Yukon Denali 6.2 and I had a cylinder 1 misfire, I swapped the cylinder 1 coil with the cylinder 3 coil, and the cylinder 1 wire with the cylinder 5 wire. It turned into a P0300 random misfire. Does that mean the cylinder 1 coil and wire is bad?

I have a 2012 Chevy Cruze, and i switched out the radiator housing. After changing it, now I’m getting a P0301 and it says cylinder 1 misfire and it started shaking when I break or in park. Imma check the plugs today.
