Just his clothes sticking and pulling in themselves; it's fairly common, but when you get a really really good case of it it feels like someone tugging on your jacket I've had to mimic it a bunch of times when I was a kid to prove it to myself cuz I had some pretty frightful events end up being the same elastic band of jacket like he's wearing that I had to keep doing it to me! If you look inside of his neck band really closely you'll see that his T-shirt sticks to the jacket as it pulls away when he reaches forward and that's what's causing it it pulls the sleeves which and turns indirectly pulls a jacket in the opposite direction and that pulls the t-shirt which makes it feel like someone is tugging on you it's creepy!

It’s crazy how ghosts are real! I know 100 percent they exist. Too many people have stories including myself. I have a similar story to this boy in the video, I was tapped on the shoulder once. Made me jump and turn around exactly like the guy in the video did. Crazy world!
