A fresh take on the contemporary classic MEAN GIRLS hails from the humorous genius of Tina Fey. The exclusive group of popular girls known as "The Plastics," lead by the cunning queen bee Regina George (Reneé Rapp) and her minions Gretchen (Bebe Wood) and Karen (Avantika), welcome new student Cady Heron (Angourie Rice) to the top of the social food chain. But Cady finds herself in Regina's crosshairs after making the grave mistake of falling in love with Regina's ex-boyfriend Aaron Samuels (Christopher Briney). With the aid of her outcast friends Damian (Jaquel Spivey) and Janis (Auli'i Cravalho), Cady sets out to take down the group's apex predator, but she must learn how to be true to herself while crossing the most treacherous jungle of them all: high school.
