He defeated a giant

Показать описание
The most famous strongman ever toppled a giant and didn’t lift weights. Here’s the story:
When the most famous strongman was 10 he was stuck with 400 grown men and forced to do squats in front of a king until he was the last standing.
He couldn’t walk for two weeks after.
Growing into an accomplished strongman and wrestler, at 17 he became India’s national wrestling champion by defeating a 7 foot giant.
He then made history by lifting a stone weighing 2,600 lbs. - yet it was his diet and workout routine that you won’t BELIEVE:
For starters, he didn’t lift weights at all.
Instead he wore a massive neck collar made of solid iron, weighing over 200 lbs…
And he swung a HUGE weighted club - a lot.
To top it off, he did MASSIVE quantities of air squats, push ups, pull ups and dips.
But his diet was even crazier:
Multiple gallons of milk and several pounds of almonds and fermented butter every day.
For training, he drank a jug containing a mixture of ground almonds and fruit juice.
Strongman.
Wrestler.
Idol to Bruce Lee.
He was called “The Great Gama”.
