First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Swami Ji for delivering this insightful and inspiring lecture on strengthening our willpower. In our fast-pace life, where distractions and temptations are everywhere, it is crucial to have a strong willpower to stay focused and achieve our goals. Moreover, I found the concept of understanding self-discipline and its three aspects. 'I won't, I will, I want ' - to be extremely helpful in cultivating a disciplined mindset. Swami Ji's advice is a powerful reminder to prioritize and make conscious choices in our lives. Radhey Radhey 🙏 🙏

This is the problem of many, we know our weaknesses yet we won't get rid of it, due to lack of will power/self discipline.
Swamiji explained with a principle "I won't, I will and I want ". This will help to discipline the mind and use it for the best. Swamiji gave suggestion, meditation is a big help in increasing will power.
My only weakness is I like to sleep alot, especially in afternoons. Even though, I work at that time, I won't put my 100% in it. I need to work on it.

Will power is the most important thing to have. Without practising it in the right direction, the mind is strong and gets attached to the material world.

Thank you, Swamiji, for so beautifully describing how the mind naturally gravitates toward a variety of worldly pleasures, but by exerting one’s willpower with a sense of purpose, one can strengthen it through repeated practice. By saying "I won’t" to frivolous things, "I will" to achieve higher goals, and "I want" to do what it takes to accomplish the ultimate goal, we will find ourselves more capable of strengthening our willpower.

Grateful to Swamiji for sharing information on how to train our brain to develop a wide range of self-control skills. Self-control is certainly an asset for sticking with regular exercise and healthy food choices. It also helpful in learning whether it is Bhajans and Kirtan, or new skills for the office, or how to get a leaking roof repaired, or how to share something I have learned with someone else. Self-control is also important in managing relationships with others.
