My case DS-260 gets expired and they sent it back to USCIS the case I don’t know what I’m going to

I have submitted my DS-260 form on May 2022 and till now no one contacted me. Now after 30 Sep 2023 when I check the DS-260 form it says this case is expired.

Sir I have a question please
In the the previous addresses in the DS-260 form, I mentioned only the addresses inside my country, and I did not mention addresses outside the country, since I was working in Saudi Arabia and my children were born there. Does this require reopening the form for modification?

if the main selecting is living in europe and dependance in africa. In filling the DS 260 is there provision that the medical, interview, being done seperately ie in europe and in africa ? thx
