Lmfao that steak pinwheel was all kinds of dry and TOUGH after 3 hours 😂
You can see it.

You’re supposed to do this with pork belly kiddo. Or reduce your sauce (made with a mixture oxtail, short rib or beef shank and pork) and then top your NON BRAISED flank steak pinwheel that wasn’t cooked for 3 hours (yikes) with it.
