Im italian and i can tell you, i would gladly eat every dish you made, everything looks delicios, if you want pure criticism i'd say that almost every dish you made had the recipe not followed perfectly YET i like your style a lot, quick, a little bit random and interesting, i'd say 8/10.

Honestly i see most of the italians liking this video and yet the comment section says we are all triggered wtf?

Why is everyone so triggered 😂 he never claimed to specialize in Italian food, he's just having fun. And he's a damn good cook, better than most of the people who are triggered I'm willing to guess. I actually commend him for trying his best to celebrate so many cultures. The man has cooked feasts from damn near everywhere, by himself, from his own pocket. He never claimed to be perfect, or the best, but he's clearly doing what he loves and being incredibly inclusive while doing it which is rare nowadays. Everyone just enjoy the video, and if you don't, keep it moving. The dude isn't opening an Italian restaurant here, he's just having fun lmao

As an Italian I appreciated you putting your own spin on these dishes! The best way to honor a dish is to put your own spin on it and make it personal! Plus the thing that makes Italian cooking so special is the experience!

As an Italian who cooks Italian dishes a lot I think you did a great job for he most part. A few things I would recommend doing when making red sauce is to add white wine, cream, and some chili flakes to give it a great acidity, color, and touch of spice. Also, the mark of a great pasta dish is when the pasta flavor is an embodiment of the sauce. So when cooking any pasta dish it’s good to finish the pasta with the sauce in a frying pan. Overall though, your pasta making skills are very good and you should be incredibly proud of the absolute feast you have made. (I hope you get a few hungry friends to come over and eat that food)

Dear sir, as an Italian I give you my congratulations on your cooking skills, especially on how you prepared the pasta, "che il signore sia lodato". But you can't call it an Italian Feast without some good red wine and don't mind those critics that are complaining that you didn't change the water for the pasta or how you did the sauces, they are probably people that never touched a pot or a pan in their entire life.
Quindi amici italiani, fatemi il piacere di tacere, non si può pretendere la perfezione da uno che piace sperimentare l'arte culinaria, ha fatto del suo meglio e poi non poteva ottenere ingredienti di prima scelta, ognuno fa quel che riesce con quel che ha.

I'm Asian by blood but I was born and raised in Milan, Italy and I think you did a fantastic job here! Especially for the fact that you actually made the pasta, the baguette, the sauce - literally everything from scratch instead of buying them from the stores like everyone does. That's a huge plus for me.

For the specific way of preparing the food, eeeeh I can't really comment on that cause I don't know how to cook (I only know how to eat lmao) but in the end, what matters is that we're enjoying the food we're eating. So, 10/10 from me! And a subscribe.

He always says in the beginning of his videos that, it is HIS version of that type of food. Plus no one knows if was able to find all of the AUTHENTIC ingredients. I am a home chef myself and I do recipes the way that I like to do them. If you don't like how he cooks, then don't watch. It's just that simple

Just subbed. Love the variety of all your "feasts". My husband was Italian. Knew there would be some Italians purists yapping about how it's not "real Italian". They forget that imitation is the greatest compliment. Looks beautiful.

He’s done so many cultural food be happy that he includes everyone’s culture, it might not be right but he tried don’t be so offended . It looks good 2 . He made food from my culture it wasn’t quite right but I was just happy that we were actually presented in a video . Food is sacred for all cultures, because it represents who you are . But don’t be so rude why not teach him instead of insulting him .
