Suggestion:
1) go to regular settings menu
2) notifications
3) included apps
4) Deselect the apps you don't want to show up on the top status/notification bar
*the notifications won't show on the screen, HOWEVER if you swip down from the top, whatever notification came through will "show " on the drop down screen.*

If you swipe down from the top screen with the phone unlocked it still shows who sent the text and what it says. Is there a way to hide that? My S22 ultra has 2 messaging apps and you can hide it in the other but not the one in this video.

I want to see timestamps for all my messages on the S22. How do I do that?

This isnt working. It either shows the content of my message while im using other apps. Or is shows the content of my message on the lock screen. I have both show as pop up off as well as lock screen hide content selected.

It wasnt this difficult on previous models of the galaxy.

When you send someone at text at 1130 and shows delivered yet the person does not reply until hours or a day later. Why does it still show read at 1130?

Maybe another subject, I have a unique font installed on my S22 Ultra.
It showed up everywhere, but the other day ONLY text messages reverted back to another
font and not my installed font. Ive looked everywhere on phone and also searched
online. Cannot find a resolution. EDIT: Found it under SET MESSAGES AS SAMSUNG DEFAULT was not checked. Once Checked my font was applied to messages.
