Great review Steve! I bought the UK equivalent (X75WL) and I’ve been curious to hear your thoughts on it. I really like this model and it has great colour & processing, but I think I’m enjoying it more because this is my first 4K TV and upgraded from an 8 year old Bravia, so I can appreciate why people might not be blown away by it.

The blacks looks very grey too me not worth it for the price i can get the hisense qd7 that will most likely have the same black levels but with two hdmi 2.1 ports with upto 144hz

The hdr to sdr comparison is so pronounced that you wouldn’t expect it on an Oled. Why is it almost like the Sdr’s brightness is 1/3 of what you’d expect?

That blue sky on a Bravia 7 or 9 would look amazing in SDR. On an Oled, it could dim because of the low apl.

Hi tech Steve great review listen as far as base entry TVs go it’s not bad but just spend a little bit more money and get this Sony X 85K. At least you’ll get 120 HZ with the Bravia three year only getting 60 HX

Hi Steve. If you were to choose between an LG 75ut8050 and a 75 inch Sony Bravia 3 which one would you choose? Ill be using the TV 85% for watching movie collection fron My Nvidia Shield Pro. Gaming with a Switch and Deck probably at 10%. Local TV watching at 5%
