Honestly, the legend in this is Ramin Djawadi's score. Hearing Dany's/House Targaryen music again but a newer rendition is giving me LIFE!!!

Just hearing them talk about this show, you can tell they love and respect George's work. I have high hopes.

“Can’t do different for different’s sake” seems like he’s trying to tell us “Can’t subvert expectations for the sake of subverting expectations” 💪💪💪

The way they talk about the show with such passion is what's hyping me up for it. If they love what there doing, then it reflects on the work.

"You have to start by respecting it, you can't do different for different's sake."
Wow, that line sold me and boosted the trust I had in them ! They are going to put out the next biggest tv show of the world.

Edit: 4th episode of the show and I'm calling it quits, awful show.

The best thing is that the history of this show is already complete, and even tho there's 21 dragons in it, politics and drama is the mainly thing in HoTD, even more than in GoT I would say.

1:00 only in this scene we can see that they will correct errors in GOT in the coloring of the dragon bones that in the books are black. This makes me happy and confident that they are doing a good job for the fans of the book and the seriousness in which they are taking the first season of HOTD.

I know last two seasons were disappointing but Game of thrones is still the best fantasy show ever made. I can't wait to explore more stories of that world through House of Dragon

I can’t wait for the live action telling of The Dance of Dragons. Such a pivotal moment in Westeros history

Seeing George R.R. Martin involved in this gives me hope, everything till his departure was staggering.

Grrm 2015: " I will do nothing until winds is delivered "

Grrm 2022: " I'm involved in this, this, this, this, this and this. But I wrote a tyrion chapter!"

I am so heartbroken from season 8 but looking forward to the prequels. Hope it can reignite some of the love.

I think the thing I am most concerned over are the scenes in between the major historical beats we see in the Fire & Blood history book and how well that'll fit into the story. When Game of Thrones went off script sometimes it was a hit (Arya & Tywin, Robert & Cersei scenes) and sometimes it wasn't. Fire & Blood is a history book told by a maester and not POV characters like in Ice & Fire so this should be interesting to see how they fill out what happens in between major events. But props to them this does look good, am definitely excited.

God just hearing the Targaryen theme in the background gave me chills...Don't betray me again HBO, I'm begging

I love the subtle distancing from Dan and Dave.

"Im involved in this" George R.R. Martin
"Its great to have Ryan, someone who really knew my work" George R.R. Martin
"I think im in good hands with Ryan and Miguel" George R.R. Martin

Just a suggestion but ide like to see Dan and Dave return for a cameo where they're hung at the gallows.

From what I know of the story... aside from the dragons, there won't be as much magic in this show as there was in Game of Thrones. So people who enjoyed the more grounded side of GoT, but still liked the dragons (which there'll be more of this time), will probably enjoy this show even more.
