I was actually very disappointed in the heat level. I agree with you in the solid flavor. But I like more heat from a hot sauce. I found the heat less than Tabasco cayenne based sauce.

I came here to see if maybe an expert felt the same way. I love their Hot Thai Green with Carolina Reaper and the heat on that is more like a 4/10 where as this tasted to me like they totally left out the ghost entirely.

I’m thinking I got a bad batch and it’s possible they pickled and fermented the batch too long.
