Managing Basford (small club in Nottingham), took them from northern league to championship with my own 424 and dominated all the way. Soon as I hit the championship my tactics started to struggle BADLY. Downloaded this, and its made all the difference. You definitely have to get the right players so your recruitment has to be focused towards the roles in the tactic. As soon as I put a couple of proper segundo volante's into my team, we started flying. Onto the Premier League we go!!! Brilliant tactic, well done.
