Before the winter updates arrives I have finally had some time to drop my personal best 4-3-3 I have made so far inside FM24! This tactic cooks with any team with at its best winning 100% of its game with PSG. Also a very good underdog tactic!

I can confirm this tactic is insane! My Forest team are banging goals in for fun. Won 9 out of 10 and only lost to Liverpool away 2-1 when we should’ve actually won 🙌🏻

This tactic is nuts. I tried it out for a season with Fiorentina and won and went unbeaten in the league (96pts total, 14pts clear of second place), the Europa Conference League and the Italian Super Cup.

I did get knocked out of the Italian Cup to Inter in the quarter final but that was one of only two games I lost in all competitions. 78% win percentage for the season.

I used the tactic mostly as it is, but changed the DM to a DLP on Defend and the BBM to a BWM on Support. Worked amazingly well, conceded a few more goals in the league than I'd like (still only 31), but that's also likely down to only having one top CB.

This is all with the current Fiorentina squad, I just bought in a backup CB and CDM for £8m combined.

Why go for overlaps left and right if you play on higher tempo? Wouldnt you want your players to go for the direct attack as often as possible?

Bro this tactic is insane. 25 games played 17 won 8 draw 63 goals for and 27 goals against with FC Den Bosch in my first season.

Do you change this tactic for away fixture in the prem? I’ve had high scoring wins but also big losses to mediocre teams away. Is it very attacking or a positive style?

yep. this is hands-down the best FM24 tactic ive used. had an Invincibles season and have won the UCL 3x in a row lol.

i will add though that ive find a bit more success defensively putting my DM on Defend. i thought we looked more solid at the back when i did that, but that's just me. still an amazing tactic though. good work, mate 👏👏

I tested this with my squad, which finished 10th in the previous season and had a bad defense and offense with a negative goal difference. My team was for sure improved, but we overperformed the media expectations (12th) after this tactic and finished second, only bottling the last game with a draw (finished with a GD of +48). We also got international silverware, winning the Copa Sudamericana. Thanks so much! I'm having way more fun now that my team knows how to score and defend better.
