I'm a little late to the party here, but believe it or not, I've just bought a 2nd hand Surface pro 5 to use for running my D&D sessions and that was by far the best review I've seen so far. Also I didn't mind the unintentional asmr scraping sounds. I actually found them quite soothing, although I'm feeling rather sleepy now, lol.

I honestly don't have enough money for the surface pro 6 or 7 because I am a student. I wanted to buy a surface pro 2017 because I want to use it for doing digital art, school, and watching Netflix and stuff. Do you think it is still not worth the 700€? Are there better alternatives that are in the same price range?

Hey, thank you for this. I still have my surface pro 5 from 2017, and it's still one of the best investments i've made. However, recently i've been having problems with the charger (it won't light up to charge) have you experienced any issues with your charger?

Where i live (Mexico) getting Surface products in good price is kinda difficult. I had the luck to get this model for around $530 dollars in pretty good conditions, almost new. The processor hasn't been a problem for me, I do Full Stack development. It certainly is slower than my main 6 core Desktop, but still i expected it to be even slower. Not bad.

Will Microsoft Surface Pro 2017 128GB (m3) be good enough to use to read comics? cbr. & cbz. files. It is the only reason I am planning on buying one (£300 with no keyboard) I need the big screen so I can see comic pages full size but really don't want to spend much more just for reading comics since I just use my laptop for all other computer stuff.
