he didn't answer the question about what the Fed should do. He proposes the Fed should take some action and then talked about Deutsche Bank transparency??? I don't understand what having transparency about Deutsche Bank accounting has to do with the Fed. This is not a Fed action. What action do you think the Fed should take?
