I paid up all my mortgages in 2yrs while working with a Financial Adviser. I’m 50 and my husband 54 we are both retired with over $3 million in net worth and no debts. We got to realize that the secret to financial freedom is making better investments.

*Amazing video despite the economy disaster and political war in the country, investment remains best for earnings. Imagine you work for 40yrs to have $1M in your retirement, meanwhile some people are putting just $10K into trading from just few months ago and now they are multimillionaires*

The young people see this circus for what it is; wondering if life should be this difficult. A lot of young people feel hopelessness and it’s unfortunate. A debt based system is evil. But you have to work with what you got.

Having just turned 39 and got laid off, I'm at a crossroads. With 425K saved for an early retirement at 50, 10K in an HSA, and a property that could net me an extra 200K, what are my options for passive income?

Nobodys hiring, resume and job applications were a huge waste of time over the last 5 months. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Good house prices are ridiculous anyway they shouldn't be as high as they are

Anyone who decides to buy will definitely regret it, you have to keep waiting. This is the same thing that started happening in 2008, no one could believe it but it happened super fast.

Inflation normalized? LOL Uh no. It needs to go negative to get back to 2019 levels. Inflation of 3% yoy just compounds the 25% Inflation rate we've experienced in the last 4 years.

In 2007 I loved my 401k to mutual funds and lost .3% total. Got back in and made just under 30%. As soon as I heard the govt was pumping billions into the stock market in ‘09 I actually quit putting my own money in while my employer did it. This correction has been long overdue. The next couple years is going to be rough no matter who is elected. Maybe a lot longer if we continue without changing anything.

When you look at earnings and all the other statistics for the stock market some of the companies are overvalued by 5+x where they should be. It’s going to have to come down a lot to get itself back in check. All the free money had people throwing money everywhere without worrying and driving companies way beyond where they would be in a healthy market.
