I want to thank you for this channel. I started watching this a few months ago when I was @ 30%. I'm now at 70%, all small claims mostly 10%'s with only one 20%. I have a few in the works that may put me over 100%. I have not spent a dime on lawyers or doctors. I almost paid for a private doctor's help but researched & was able to do it on my own. I have been turned down but after adding more information was approved. VA doctors have ALL been positive and honest with my conditions. I believe if you deserve the disability & offer the true information to the VA you will be approved. If you either don't want to do the work needed or are looking for a doctor or lawyer to get you something you truly don't deserve, then spend the money. I keep hearing on these channels that you can't trust the VA (NOT TRUE!). Just be honest & do the work needed to get your disability rating. (End of Rant.)

Just got my second denial from the VA for my sciatica and knee claim. I currently am rated @ 80%, 70% ptsd and only 10% for sciatica and knees. They said my level of motion is not enough to warrant a higher percentage of disability, I have trouble walking for any period longer then 20 minutes and I can’t even rest properly. Thanks VA, I gave 22 years with 4 deployments and came home incapacitated for 14 weeks. Thanks Craig your videos are an inspiration, keep up the great work.

I just barely missed you man. But I watched the rerun of it. Very good video. Really informative. We appreciate all you do. 🇺🇸

Just got denied. Pretty sad you can go into service merely to have a gender swap paid for. But going in as a patriot, who got injuries throughout service, but never went to sick call. Gets it pushed in good.

Excellent Mr. CC. I will be finding out in a couple months if any of my new and increase claims get denied or approved. Either way should reach 100% at least with the ones that are approved. Happy Beer:30! And thank you for all the excellent info.

My migraines were once so bad that I attempted to end my life. I told the examiner just that. Ended up at 50% for Migraines secondary to tinnitus.

BVA remanded the TBI, so TBI was established however the examiner fail as did the RO to rate the residuals. Ordered a new C&P to rate the residuals, migraines, dizziness, sleep disorders etc.. ready and once it's done the effective date fight is on...Always fight for your claims especially denials, in my view the ROs are morons when they rate you claims...Thanks CC

Afternoon CC. I was recently denied Obstructive Sleep Apnea as a secondary to my service connected hypertension. I had a NEXUS, buddy letter, wrote my statement and provided my sleep study results that were recently conducted by the VA. They did issue me a CPAP. The reasoning There is insufficient documentation
identified in the records made available for review, in the medical literature, and in the generally accepted medical consensus at this time to establish a nexus between the nature of your hypertension and the eventual development of a chronic obstructive apnea condition. Then they went on to say that my age, weight gain and being male are more likely the reasons behind it. Not sure what else to do as I have been trying to get my C-file as I've been off active duty 27 years now. Thought about trying to resubmit a new Nexus letter and a DBQ as supplimental info. Not sure if that'll do anything.

I was an Army Pilot/Intelligence Officer in VN in 71/72. The Office of records says they have no medical or operational records for me from June 69 to June 72. How is that possible and who is responsible.

Funny to me how I shattered my left side of my whole body in a bad airborne drop last year, but it’s “not service connected”… even though I filed the LOD and all the treatment records after the drop…
You can’t make this stuff up
