To everyone bashing for not having sparring etiquette. This is Dutch style sparring, it’s different from Muay Thai. The Dutch drew their inspiration from Kyokushin karate which is a hard style.

I found the first black guy’s skull to be very impressive. His first rd he was obviously flexing on that kid, but what was that walk-by move he did called? Slick things like that I’d like to implement. He seemed to be very loose and fluid overall

Why Frederico act like that in sparring? Got whooped on by 1 arm bandit and acting like that in sparring. Clearly showing off and not letting the other guy get his work in. Come on man, leave that shit out the gym. I find it funny when people act a certain way in sparring and can't do the same shit in competition.
