Wow- nice! A family recipe always helps. I guess if you are not putting the stuffing in the turkey, the turkey may roast quicker, and the baked stuffing may get nice and crispy on top- yum. I picked up the turkey platters and pumpkin pie today. Dad said "let's keep it simple this year" and boy I'm doing that. I'm just going to do stove top cornbread stuffing and add in dried cranberries. I guess I should set up the ping pong table in the yard and make toast and popcorn... ;) Thank you for getting that. How're all the worthy termites? Happy, Blessed Thanksgiving.

Got notice today that your March 6 show in Boston is moved to September 11 (I've lost count of the # of times the original date has been changed). I don't care!!!! You have been my laughter relief valve through the pandemic and when I finally get to see you again in person it will be the proof that the world is righting itself and I can't wait to get drunk and laugh my ass off. Fingers crossed for 9/11/2021 in Boston.

Looks good. I am 63 and I have never made homemade stuffing. My husband loves to cook on the holidays, but this year he let me tear the bread up for His stuffing.
