Product Management - Outcome vs Output based Metrics

Many times we end up focusing more on Output based Metrics and not checking on Output based Metrics much. While Output based Metrics are relevant and important, bring in more focus on Outcome-based Metrics which would help the whole organization to be successful from the implementation perspective.
