Russia Ukraine conflict: Kyiv under siege as troops close on capital

The Russia Ukraine conflict is continuing to escalate with Russian troops now closing in on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv. Vladimir Putin's army is thought to have lost 450 personnel, according to the UK Defence Secretary, with Ukraine's army also sustaining a number of casualties. The UN says at least 25 civilians have been killed.

No major decisions will be made which could inconvenience the West. The Ukrainians must understand this. Nothing will be done. The Ukraine will be sacrificed by the old fools running the world. They do not care enough to inconvenience their cosy lives. Human sacrifice is nothing to them. My heart goes out to the people of the Ukraine. Back in 1939 Poland was also promised help but was left to fend for itself while the West looked on. This is business and Russia is a huge player. Business does not account for people.

I have made a trip today to the border with Poland to bring woman and children. The situation on the border is close to humanitarian catastrophe, the line is moving to slow more and more people are arriving. Car line was 20km long this morning, wait for pedestrians crossing is more than 12 hours out in rain and cold. Anky woman and children are leaving, all the man stay to fight! I’ll be heading to Kiev soon.
And fight we must, there is no negotiating with this evil. They broke every word they have given. We will fight till Ukraine is free!
We need your support, weapons, armour, medical supplies… I understand there will be no “no fly zone” since Putin is treating to use nuckes in that case.
Please take good care of our woman and children, we will fight for our freedom and European peace!
