I spent a week here, and I wish I had spent two! There is so much to do here, it's almost impossible to do it all in a week. No matter which side of the resort you stay in, you get access to all properties! It was money well spent!

The pool you mentioned as your favorite, was ours as well! We were lucky, our room was poolside at the Palladium Punta Cana, and we could just walk out from our ground level balcony and right into the pool area. We spent hours at the swim up bar, plus for our coffee in the morning, we would simply walk off the balcony and pick it up fresh at the bar on the dry side of the pool bar. Thanks for the videos, we will be back in June!

My comments: Alcohol cocktails aren't same as Mexico's (Most are too sweet). You need reservations for dinner, resort can't accomodate all so try your luck at the reception - TIP: Give the manager $ and he'll take care of you. Servers will force you to give them a 5 star review/tips... tips and more tips. Not all room hotels are pleasant, smells mold and some aren't working (shower head falling off, sink clogged, hairdryer caught on fire etc. My 4 yr old daughter's Disney sandals got stolen so watch your stuffs at the pool. Beach by dinner LMAO - no candle light and setup on a white plastic table and chair. Waste of $$$. Excursions aren't great compared to other destinations.

PROS: Very nice beach, warm humid weather (don't trust the app). Lots of areas to walk around as resort is big compared to others. Pathways are covered. Tram service. Casino (small but, it's ok). Live singer each hotel. Stores. Friendly staffs.

Currently staying a GP resort and prepare yourself to spend a lot of time complaining!!! In general the rooms are terrible and food is slop!! This resort is way off 5 star!
