Cerebellar Signs (first explain the process to patient)
1. Finger Nose Test 0:38
to check past pointing
2. Dysdiadochokinesia 0:58
3. Rebound Phenomenon 1:20
4. Heel Shin Test compare both sides 1:53
5. Look for Nystagmus 2:37
6. Check scanning Speech 2:50
7. Look for the Pendular Knee Jerk 2:58
8. Check Gait of the patient first in straight line 3:57
9. Look for Romberg sign 4:17 to diff b/w sensory & cerebellar ataxia ask the pt to walk with eyes closed & hands extended upto shoulders.
