Trading is only complicated because most people over complicate it. If the market is going up then look for a option call. If the market is going down then look for a option put. Then enter based on ur strategy. Way to many people see the market going up straight and then do a option put because it “pulls back”. That makes very little sense. Flow with the waves of the market not against them.
