Alton Brown hint, after you cut the cabbage, salt it and let it sit for about an hour, it will release a lot of water and make the final product less watery.

I had a concession trailer here in Oklahoma and made a Cajun Onion Smash Burger. It is so good and the flavor is outright awesome. My grandsons say it's the best burger they have ever had.

NC native here, i like the classic ofc, but if i had to make my own itd have pinento cheese, pickled jalepeno, bacon, pickle and onion jam with an old bay aoli. im a chef myself and this burger has made the menu at the restaraunt i work at in MD

I'm from and live in north Carolina and round here some people thank dukes mayo is a beverage my grandma use to eat salad with dukes instead of salad dressing no joke

Wendy’s used to have a Carolina burger and anytime unc won they had them on sale . Not sure about other states but they did it here in NC. Not sure if they still sell them but they were good.
