Two major settings you have missed
1. Accuracy is set to high.. set it back to normal.
2. In advanced graphics all the checkboxes are ticked.. wrong.. read the Manuel of yuzu. Untick the 3 first ones they are not for the steamdeck

im getting waay better perfomance than that im talking nearly locked 30 only drops to 25-26 fps due to shader caching try putting the GPU to normal instead of high and limit the speed 150% this will increase fps to 45fps when in caves or shrines and menu
