Just a fix: it's "Cool" tier, not "Cold". Currently the sotrage account have different tiers (depending on the redundancy selected): Premium, Hot, Cool, Archive. Each tier depends on how frequently data is accessed

Misleading title. I was actually trying to set up my storage account to use Cold Tier as the default, instead of Hot or Cool. This would allow me to have a tier between Cool and Archive for my backup repository.
Please change the title. As a Microsoft official channel, this is really unprofessional.
