I love how uncut & raw this video is...its exactly the way I would want to learn how to do something.

Thanks much for the directions. Didn't want to hassle going to the dealer to fix something so simple. Watched your video, got the bulb, replaced it all under an hour. Much obliged.

wow that was the easiest most informative video ever! the interviewer(the lady) was asking all the right questions for UA viewers AND she was patien enought for the guy to do his job and explain what he knows best! thank you so much for this video. :*

Your reassurance that I could do it was all I needed. When you reached in and gave it that extra twist (showing it might be a little stiff) showed me I needed to get a better grip on the cover thing. Thanks...a 15 minute job as soon as I bought the rubbing alcohol to clean the halogen bulb after I didn't remember to "DON'T TOUCH THE BULB". Hope it lasts the rest of the car's life anyway.

This was very helpful, thanks! I would suggest that with newer models, like my 2010 R-Class, that you use a latex (or nitrile) glove, as the tighter confines make it very hard to get the bulb back in without it brushing your fingers!

Thanks for showing how easy it is. Got it done in less than 2 mins. I recommend rubber gloves when handling bulbs, i have ruined a few in the past thinking it was a bad light or electrical issue, when it was me and how I handled the bulb.

Thanks! This was real useful. FYI, the advice applies to the W211 E-Class also.

you really made this look easy. I have low beams right now. I've been upsetting a lot of people with my high beams..lol..I bought the bulbs, just haven't installed them due to ignorance...but not anymore..I'm going for it..all by myself..

Great help: Stopped me going back to dealer when bulb just wouldn't come out and I wondered if twisting was also necessary: Turned out it just needed a very strong pull as in my ancient E320 space is very restricted and wires to bulb socket are very short. Nitrile gloves gave better grip and don't obscure view of bulb like tissues did..

The part from 1:53 to 2:00 was totally impossible in our car some minutes ago, the bulb seems stuck to the rest of the connector. Even using a flat screwdriver as a lever, only managed to pull apart one side, but the other at all, seems like glued!!! Tomorrow to the garage
