A few VS Code shortcuts that I don't see getting much love, but that can be super handy.

So cmd+backspace on Mac is actually for an entire row. Option+backspace is what you want for just words. Same goes for pretty much any text input you have on a Mac (not VS Code specific, that is).

What you also can do is cmd+shift+L if you have a highlighted word and select all instances, just as option+Enter when in search.

I've remapped my jump back and jump forward to Alt left/right arrows. It's a godsend

Using Mouse4 and Mouse5 button also do similar things

Why not just use replace for the second one?

For the third one, if your mouse has extra buttons that map to forward and back they'd also work (navigating only tho)

Alt+enter doesnt work for me, i use ctrl+d for select one instance at a time. Ctrl+shift+l to select all instances

Do you dare a global regex replace?
I love it and it saved me a couple times (yes I mucked up big the first times 😂 but I didn't give up)

What about Linux or ChromOS? These keyboard shortcuts are available but aren't always the same.
