something to note for halt: if the lights flicker for more than i think 3 seconds, THEN its halt, if its a shorter flicker, rush or ambush

Halt isn't that rare but is 0.5%
Eyes Has a 3% chance of spawning instead of 2%
Dupe has a 2% chance of spawning between door 2-10, a 25% chance of appearing in door 10-48. And finally has a 55% chance of spawning on door 53 - 89.
Sally/Window/Smile Has a 1/2000 chance of spawning.
