Something interesting to note: In the Toy Box world if you look closely on Buzz’s model you can see the Disney/Pixar copyright is engraved on him. That means both Disney and Pixar studios exist in the Kingdom Hearts universe.

My favorite fourth wall break in the series will always be in when Donald literally pulled down the camera in KH1 before he said “First we need that key!” Goofy straight up saying they should go to a save point is a close second. I hope they bring back moments like these in KH4 and future titles.

When the Verum Rex sequence was shown at the beginning of Toy Box, and then they showed the cardboard stand with Square being the developers, I thought “ha ha funny meta joke/easter egg for this Yozora guy”
But then when he was revealed to be a MAJOR character by the end of Re:Mind and THEN the connection to FF XIII Versus happened… it genuinely left me scratching my head!

A thought I had about Yozora and the whole "this isn't what I really look like" thing is that the Yozora we see in Re:Mind is the video game character as someone's avatar. Like a real person is playing the Verum Rex game as Yozora and that's who Sora ran into.
