Running is a strong indicator however. Along with running with weight. Run run run

We cant even get in BUD/S if we can’t even get an optimum PST score.

Not true if you can pass the pst you can physically complete buds this is from a retired operator at the development group or devgru, he told me just that.

Link in the description doesn’t work. Also do I have to pay? I’m kinda broke haha

Passing the prerequisites=good. Thinking you are fit for BUDs=wrong.

Almost every navy seal was only doing calisthenics, I have 10 rockstars that’ll tell you they never lifted a single weight the entire time of training.

I live in a city, where would I go to run on natural terrain?

What about the cold? How can I prepare for that?

Here is my best advice I can think of. Do construction. My bro inlaw went into the marines and when he came back he thought he would be stronger and faster than me but he found out he wasnt. As a construction working I carry 150- 200 lbs of chain link rolls up hills and mix concrete all day. You developed resistance and strength, but mainly resistance is what really counts.
