ChromeOS Flex Installation Guide

Have a slow computer or one that has an outdated operating system? Here's a guide and walkthrough to go from an old computer to ChromeOS Flex! It'll be said quite a bit, BUT MAKE SURE YOU BACKUP DOCUMENTS AS EVERYTHING WILL BE ERASED. Also good to check the certified list on Google's website to see if it should be compatible.

Here's the google docs guide which is pretty much the same as Google's, I added a couple of things here and there.
