There's a little trick to curing addiction easily. Though it takes patience. It takes 45 minutes irl time for your hobo to kick his addiction. If you're in a dialog with someone, you won't lose any health from addiction. So simply begin a dialog with anyone and don't leave the dialog for 45 real life minutes. Once you exit dialog, addiction will be gone
