Panettone French Toast
Ingredients:
½ cup heavy cream (120 ml)
1 egg
2 dashes ground cinnamon
2 (1-inch thick) slices panettone
2 tablespoons butter
Salt to taste
For garnish:
Chopped pistachios
Maple syrup
Whipped cream:
½ cup heavy cream (120 ml)
¼ cup powdered sugar (30 g)

Instructions:
Prepare the Whipped Cream: In a bowl, whisk ½ cup of heavy cream with ¼ cup of powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Set aside.
Prepare the French Toast Batter: In a separate bowl, mix ½ cup of heavy cream, 1 egg, 2 dashes of ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Soak the Panettone: Cut 2 slices of panettone (1 inch thick each). Dip them into the batter, ensuring both sides are evenly coated.
Toast the Panettone: Heat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the soaked panettone slices and toast until golden brown on both sides.
