Still waiting for an email from customer service from a chipped bike i received. Four canyons this year and after the fourth I’ve realized the local bike shop is way better than direct to consumer. Lbs takes ur money and sticks around. Dtc takes ur money and runs

Honour your customers warranty then maybe I would consider a canyon. Unfortunately too many customers have bikes failing and being refused their warranty.
