The Canyon Inflite Review as a Gravel and CX Bike

Update: I was able to ride this in one CX race before I got pneumonia and was out for awhile. Upon returning I took it on a 60+ mile, 1700ft mixed ride and it was every bit as comfortable as any of my other bikes (gravel and road). This thing is very capable. I just picked up a set of 35c Gravel Kings SK as I will be doing more gravel on it. Buy this bike!

I got this exact same bike, I wanted to ride it during colder months instead of my regular road bike.
It's a really fun bike to ride both uphill and downhill; it corners really tightly and control is excellent.

Hi there, I have a similar question to a couple of others re: tyre width. Any chance you have tried 40mm tyres on the stock wheels? If so, what pressure were you running? I am in the same predicament as another guy that commented, between Inflite and Grail - just don't like the look of that odd bar on the Grail. Cheers

So I can use this bike for 5-6 hour rides (mostly on road) without any problem ? Or it is better to get some gravel bike ? Because I'm not racer, but I like speed, response and agility of inflite.

Any update on the cracking noise when tightening the seatpost? I’ve just had the exact same problem and at only 3nm. It’s a bit concerning that the frame is cracking!

This bike can't take 42mm tires. 38mm is the absolute max and Canyon only supports up to 35mm
