Please make sure you check the BYWAY Status you are Riding/Driving on the link below.

Maidstone Borough Council has now Closed KH64 PERMANANTLY under the Environmental Protection Act. KCC say they take the approach that any byways which are downgraded is because of the illegal use of 4x4s.

If we are not all responsible Riders/Drivers then i can see more of the already few BYWAYS available for us to enjoy.
