Artificial Intelligence (AI) has taken businesses by storm and is being integrated into all manner of processes and products. However, AI systems introduce new security risks that are no longer considered "futuristic". In this session, the Adversarial Trustworthy Machine Learning (ATML) team will discuss AI security using examples of real-world attacks, review the current state of AI security, and provide a roadmap for the future. Most importantly, attendees will learn how they can use Counterfit to build more secure ML models with hands-on labs. These labs will show how deployed ML models can be evaded for fun and profit. Attendees should leave with a new experience (fooling an ML model), a new perspective on AI security, and how they can affect positive security changes in their organization.
