Hello i have trouble with ur easyweb, can u help me,

I have many HMI weintek and each HMI have ip, when i access it on chrome on local network its work, when i access the ip then ur easy web showed, but there some ip i cant access, and it say "Connect to network"
And ur easy web wont show

Can u help me with this problem please answer
