I wouldn't suggest randomly copying someone's audio settings especially without an explanation. Everyone's set up is different and doing so will likely cause a ton of frustration.

So I have a Ryzen 9 5900X 12 core cpu with 24 gigs of ram, a terabyte ssd, a terabyte hard drive, and a rtx 3060 Graphics card, and when I use your settings I hope to not get dropped frames anymore cause I came to this video wondering why I keep getting dropped frames in obs studio when I stream with these pc specs also my wifi is really good so idk how to fix that.

936p at 120 fps with only 6k Bitrate? You need a MINIMUM of 12k bitrate to make 1080p at 60 fps look clean. This is just gonna make your streams twice as blocky, my guy.
