Shadow Clones Diablo 3 Season 33 - Good or pretty useless?

At level 60 in torment 4, got a nephalem rift with cow mobs in a dungeon. Popped pylon. Started a cow wave event. Dinged 69 in 2 minutes. I'd say they're powerful.

First primal fort DH was an almost perfect Dawn crossbow. Slid me from my Marauders build over to GoD. Cleared a 103 solo last night and about halfway thru the altar. Farming for another Ramalandis right now. Great video love the content man!

This season I went Necro (solo) and followed your methods of leveling. I wish I had done this the last few seasons. It was exponentially faster. Thanks for the videos!

For initial leveling it felt pretty good. I think I never leveled 1-70 as fast and I am a pretty sweaty old school player, so I know all the strategies. Overall tho, it is a slow not too interesting season, unlike season 32.
I hope season 34 would be Angelic Crucibles + 4th cube slot, now that would be an exciting season!
The GoD DH with Multishot was so fun!

I used the 4th slot to get more toughness for rathma necro since the biggest problem is staying alive with that build😅

I am doing what I always do. Playing casual and just having silly fun, not doing any power leveling strategies or anything. Not pushing so not done GR70 yet on my Witch Doctor.
I am really enjoying Shrine and Pylon farming and the power boost I am getting while running GRs. Good fun. Makes me wish there were Shrines in Visions.

I think the shadow clones are OP during leveling. They speed things along massively. But, they're not taking away the work needed to clear higher rifts.


Just got my Trags set thanks to friendly public players in Asia region. I was a bit miffed as I missed the start window for challenge rifts for Asia (I sleep during their prime time). But I chugged along without the CR boost. And T6 did not disappoint. One person carried us on 3 100 GRs. Then they left and the other carried me in T6 rifts.

When I made my 6 piece, I did about 10 T6 rifts for the fresh 70s. Paying it forward. 😉🇨🇦

Clones spiced up the levelling process (played the massacre game with friends).
And most notably it made the GR20 for the season journey an absolute breeze.

I'm not a fan of leveling and I usually only play the PTR for a few days since I am a POE player but I had some extra time this week. Anyway, D3 leveling is vastly improved with the clones, the Altar and the round thing that spawns every once in a while you enter. Anyway, those kill streaks and clones really helped my DH leveling and I can take it from there for my approximate 1 week play without too much issues. Demon Hunter Impale is better than I remember (it's been a while).

I ran away from your guide this season and... RNGesus strictly be praised but it's went well.
The gr70 drop was Skull Grasp, which... actually has been useful on my early level Spinquake.

My level 70 primal is a maybe keep. Better to have a trash maybe, because we need to sacrifice 6 primals to finish the altar.
I build the staff of herding, but once again I am stalled on the ancient puzzle ring. I've found over 10 puzzle rings, and just finished rerolling one using 500 legendaries and still no ancient. 2 seasons ago I rerolled around 200 times to get it ancient. It took multiple days of running visions over and over again just to reroll, only to have them all fail. I know it was over 100 rerolls and I thought it was around 200, but of course that sounds way insane (not just a little insane). Should be a 10% chance every time, but I was under 1%.

I like the clones so far. I'm not done getting my 6 piece bonus but they make speed rifts much more bearable. going for trag this season

Hello again, Filthy! Can I get your opinion about possible season themes we can anticipate to be recycled? So far we got 4 pretty strong, some I guess are out of question as they in certain manner got implemented as a permanent feature (Triune Rings, LoN, RoRG, double cache, EN...). We're left with angelic crucibles and perhaps pandemonium stacks/kill streaks or paragon caps. What do you think?

Anyway, since Ethereal season out, I significantly cut my game time, limiting it to accomplish season journey and altar, which both are almost completed by now. My PA for Primal Soul-o were Natalya gloves - never gonna run a spike trap setup. Cheers! ✌

Me and nother were on the way too madga bounty at lvl 1 at torment 1 as i was playing as necro and we got a goblin bandint shrine as first shrine, and the clone that poped out kill it all. Was a nice mat/gem boost so i had lots of 6 of each gems at lvl 11 or so. Made getting no lvl req node really fast :D

I've used the cache, so waiting for the next CR from yesterday already ))
Tried leveling with clones on Asia start, didn't like it at all.
On EU start leveled as usual (necro to 18, then DH).
Had to help friends a bit & guide them, so it took me 64 mins to get DH to 70 this time
(last 2 seasons made it in 50 mins), including the CR time.
