I’ve never really understood why people complain about the 2.5 engine. This is a daily commuter, not a corvette. If you want a high performance car, this is not the car for you. This car does exactly what it was purposed for, daily driver that is good on gas and very reliable. Go get your Lamborghini if that is what you are looking for. This is a tame sedan designed for A to B driving in comfortable affordability.

Crazy in 2024 push button start is not a standard feature. 😮

Can’t go wrong with a Camry, I have a 2015, most reliable car I’ve ever had. I don’t care for the current generation. Hoping the ‘25 model will look better.

I am currently renting a 2024 and just did the tail of the dragon. I have to say it handled a lot better than expected. The power was ok. The trans shifts could have been a little smoother. Could use better materials on the steering wheel. Overall I walked away impressed. Just feels very solid and smooth.

I just purchased the 2024 SE all black. I chose it because of the 8 speed transmission, real ignition key (no push start)plenty of power, no turbo, good gas mileage, pedal style parking break, analog gauges and the other nice standard options. My last vehicle was a Regal CXL and I didn't use half the extras (heated seat, dvd player, Bluetooth, navigation etc). I'm 6'3 and it has plenty of leg room for me.

That 2.5 N/A will definitely out last 1.5 turbo. That’s why people buy Camry 2.5 and 2.0 Corollas if your going to keep these cars long term

I upgraded my SE with Continental Pure Contact LS tires. Much better 👌Great little, simple car. N/A 4 banger and 8spd is still a great driving experience ❤ It's a classic!

You don’t buy Toyota/ Honda for technology, luxury appearing interior (Kia/hyundia), more features for $. The other brands have to give you those things because they can’t give you what Toyota and Honda can, an engine and transmission that lasts forever.

May they keep the naturally aspirated 2.5l engine that they’ve been using. As a consumer, I want reliability and longevity. A turbocharged engine may have more power in addition to better fuel economy, but they typically don’t hold up over time like a N/A engine. You wouldn’t get 20+ years/400k miles out of a turbo.

The new 2.5 is turning out to be a pretty great engine. Many Uber drivers out there with 250k miles and more. I good basic car that you can hustle on the back country roads also.

You can still get a Camry TRD for in the low-mid $30k range. Amazing value for a 300hp Toyota V6 with performance upgrades in suspension and frame rigidity.

As much as I love my Toyota Camry Hybrid the biggest and only thing that bugs me the most is how low the front end is. I run into dips in some areas, rub into cement curbs and cement bumps because it's just low enough to rub against all this doing damage to my Camry's front end all the time. What I wouldn't do for my front end being just 2" higher up!

I absolutely love my car, but this is freaking ridiculous where I live and how some of these cement walkways and some of these dips say at apartment complexes where they just don't want you speeding and I have to angle my car so much to avoid this, but a couple there just isn't any way to win.

- Anyways, just wish it was a little higher. I don't want my care getting damage overtime.
